Today I want to show you guys how you can add an FAQ section with lots of material using Word Tunes Read Plugin. So, let's go over to the computer. I want to show you guys how to do this really quick, really simple. But first, if you guys like this tip, make sure to hit that subscribe button for more daily SEO tips. This is where Tunes read plugin. It is a premium plug in, but they do give you five free summaries each month if you want to try it out. After that, they're going to charge anywhere from $20 a month to $50 a month, depending on how many summaries that you guys want to use. So here is what you do. Once you log in, you can either upload a PDF, paste a link, or add text. Generally speaking, you can paste any link that you need. Sometimes it will not pull the text, so you might have to copy and paste the text, but from there it does everything that you want. So for example, I have an FAQ section on one of my pages. What I did here was I took a piece of Google's content that talked about doing SEO and then I summarized that content, made a few changes and posted it under can I do SEO on my own? So, I took that URL and here you can see it saves all the content that you have ever done. So right here we have SEO starter guide the basics. So, if I click on that URL, you can see the content that it pulled and then it has a summary of each section with all the main points that it thought was important. And if you keep scrolling down, you can see this goes on for quite a while. This was a very long page. They had lots of content on here about how you can do SEO and all the important topics that you need to focus on. Overall, though, it was really quick and easy. Just paste the link and then you can copy all these summaries. If you want. You can hit. Copy all. You can hit Export. It will export into a Word doc and then you can make some edits, go back to your site and add it to an FAQ section. So, for example, you can see there's lots of content and it goes on for quite a while. But I did this for multiple different sections. I found some good content that I wanted to focus on, made a summary of it, added my own ideas, made some changes, and then went ahead and posted those in the FAQ section. So now this page here has around 6000 words and it did not take me a whole lot of time. Now this plugin is also really good. If you want to read a lot of articles each day or each month, you can make a summary for it and then you can take all the good stuff out of it, read it in about two minutes, and you're done. There you go. There were word tunes, read plugin. Really easy and simple to use. It summarizes all the content that you want. Now you can always go back and read. Maybe it didn't pull out the exact content that you were looking for. Maybe it pulled out something that was not relevant to you, and you can go ahead and make changes, download that text, make some changes, and then if you want to use that content, repurpose it. And you could have some fast, easy content to place on your website, your social media sites, whatever it is. Video Transcription: what is up ladies and gentlemen welcome back for another digital marketing tip video in today's 2 video I'll be running into how to write FAQ page schema markup to increase organic clicks to your website so with Google announcing support for how-to and FAQ page schema as results on a Google search you should be taking the time to add the structured data type to your webpages while writing schema and adding it to your website may seem complicated this video will take you step by step to create validate and add FAQ schema and as little as 20 minutes so I think use page schema is a type of structured data that Google uses to produce rich results for your page of listings in the Google search results we need to implement it correctly it drop-down containing three or more questions will appear below your page for users to view before clicking through to your website as an example if you were to type in the query mortgage rates you might see a couple of different search results listings and one example of FAQ page schema being implemented is from this Bank Rate search result so when it's implemented correctly a drop-down containing three of our questions will appear below your page for users to view before clicking through to your website and having FAQ rich results will potentially increase your click-through rates and again tribe more traffic to your site with little effort one thing that's easily confused is the difference between FAQ and Q&A schema FAQ page schema is typically used when you have a frequently asked question page or have product pages that list out a fake use for that as a product and with Q&A schema that's used when different types of answers are contributed by users and they can vote for which answer to the question is the best one so when writing FAQ cm of the first thing is to consider which pages would be eligible to receive the schema markup I've used rocket mortgage of a Hugh's as an example of a standard FAQ page that would be eligible for this kind of schema and rich result where has very standard dropdowns for frequently asked questions pertaining to their product and so you'll need to go through and identify pages to add your FAQ schema markup to that follow a similar format and then once you've come up with a list of URLs to include your schema markup for the next step is to build out three questions to answer for your page and then generate the schema markup code for your page or your website you can either do this manually but I prefer to use a schema markup generator my favorite one is technical SEO calm or merkel where it provides a assortment of schema markup so you can build out code for and included is FAQ page schema so let's click on that all you have to do is fill out the question that you want to include in the markup as well as your answer which will span from one to three sentences so once you have filled out these two auto fills then you will simply copy that schema and then insert it into the header of your website if you have a wordpress website and you aren't technically savvy then you can add this actually now this plug-in but there is a plug-in by wpbeginner which is very useful called insert insert headers and footers you would just basically add that to your I press play page as a plug-in and this plugin allows you to insert scripts into the header of your website or the footer either site-wide or for specific and individual pages so I have this on my website it allows me to add schema markup on a individual page level in a very quick manner and so you just take the code they create a P at Markel copy it and then paste it into the insert script head here from the plugin and then you would either publish your page or you would update it with that schema markup the next step after adding the schema markup to your page is ensuring that it is free of errors or warnings so you'd validate your URL via Google's structured data testing tool so you basically plug in your URL or you could copy and paste your code and run a test and Google structured data testing tool will tell you if there's any errors or warnings associated with your markup in our case there are no warnings here which is great but if there are it would show you exactly where that error or warning is associated your markup so you could clean it up and fix it and the last thing you'll do is go into Google's rich results testing tool and this tool functions somewhat similarly compared to the structured data testing tool but what it allows you to do is look at a preview for your rich result and see what it might look like in the search results if you do rank for it so we'll do is preview the results here and then it will show you exactly what your schema markup will look like if it is eligible and does rank for a rich result which is really
