Level 4 is only necessary now that they updated the tarkov shooter part 8 quest. That quest gives you +1 sniper level now. Makes the grind much easier now.
TLDR:
- Get to sniper level 4 by reloading a bolt action rifle a fuck ton (preferably mosin)
- Complete the quests: Tarkov Shooter Part 8, Shooter Born in Heaven, and Mentor
- Be happy with sniper level 9 :)

So i tested, 30 rounds of LPS = ( 2.1 points) u face downgrade but 4 mins is not enough to skill refresh ( still have red arrow) now trying to wait more

P.S. (update waited 12 mins didnt refresh, easier just buy cheap guns reload them and exit the game, yea it costs money but it is more time efficient)

you also get points for killing scavs and pmcs so its really not that long to get to the next level. but yea i did the skills rewards and ended at like level 8.5 and just the half to 9 took forever

it doesn't have to be a mosin, you can literally reload any magazine based sniper rifle and it would still give you the same amount of xp. That way you can bring in good ammo and not even lose it reloading.
